Business account onboarding
How do we onboard a business account with the business verified, the credit decided, the authorized contacts set and the master agreement signed by each party, so the account is created once?
Let each party complete their own part of one application. Callvu prefills the business from the registry and the data vendors (the legal name, the entity type, the registration number, the address, the officers), takes the application and the authorized contacts on a secure screen, runs the business verification and the beneficial ownership checks the policy requires, runs the commercial credit and sets the terms or the deposit, routes a verification exception or a credit decision outside the rules to the credit desk in the Decision Desk, sends the master agreement and the addenda for signature by an authorized signer with their authority checked, sets the authorized contacts with their permissions, and creates the account in the BSS, the system of record, with the billing profile and the ordering enabled. The problem today
The agreement was signed by an office manager with no authority, the credit limit was set from a guess, and the first order was for a company that did not exist under that name.
A business account is opened by a sales representative in a hurry: the company name as the customer says it, a credit check on whoever answered, an agreement signed by whoever was in the room, and contacts added by email later. The first invoice goes to the wrong entity, the first dispute reveals the signer had no authority, and the fraud team finds the shell company after the devices ship.
Business onboarding has rules: the entity verified against the registry, the beneficial owners and the signer's authority checked under the carrier's know-your-business policy, the commercial credit decision with its terms or deposit and the adverse action where the rules apply, the master agreement signed by an authorized signer with the addenda for the products, the authorized contacts with permissions the account holder sets. The BSS should receive one verified account, not a series of corrections.
An account whose parties each did their own part is an account the first invoice reaches.
How it runs
From the requestto the system of record.
A business applies for an account through sales, the website or a partner. Callvu opens the application and prefills the business.
- Business applicant and its authorized signer
- Complete the application, provide the documents, sign the agreement and set the contacts.
- Sales representative
- Sponsors the application and sees its status.
- Credit desk and verification team
- Decide exceptions in the Decision Desk.
- Callvu
- Prefills, verifies, runs credit, routes, sends for signature, sets contacts and creates the account.
Prefill and complete
The legal name, the entity type, the registration number and status, the registered address, the officers and the industry are prefilled from the registry and the data vendors; the applicant completes the rest on a secure screen (the trade name, the billing address, the tax identifier, the expected lines and sites, the signer and the contacts) and uploads the formation document where the policy requires it.
Chase and verify the business and the signer
The entity is verified against the registry (active, the name and address match), the beneficial owners and the signer are identified and screened against the sanctions and fraud lists, the signer's authority is checked (an officer on the registry, or a resolution or authorization letter chased through a link), and the tax exemption claimed routes to its process; a mismatch or a screening hit goes to the verification team in the Decision Desk.
Decide the credit
The commercial credit report and the carrier's scoring set the terms, the credit limit and any deposit by rule; a decision outside the rules (a new entity without history, a limit above the threshold, a guarantor required) goes to the credit desk in the Decision Desk with the report and only the allowed outcomes (approve, approve with a deposit or a limit, require a personal guarantee, decline with the notice where the rules apply).
Sign and write back
The master agreement and the addenda for the products are generated from the decision and sent for signature by the authorized signer on their own screen with their identity verified, the authorized contacts are set with their permissions (ordering, billing, account changes) by the account holder, and the account is created in the BSS with the billing profile, the credit terms, the contacts and the agreement attached, with ordering enabled.
Where it ends: The account was created once in the BSS for a verified entity, with the credit decided by rule or a person, the agreement signed by a signer whose authority was checked, and the contacts set by the account holder. The Decision Trace shows the verification, the credit decision and the signer's authority; the Audit Trace shows the documents, the signatures and the creation with time.
Runtime enforcement
What is enforcedwhile the work runs.
The regulations preloaded in Callvu Studio and the bank's own policies, applied as steps that run, not lines in a binder. A step that breaks a rule does not run, so a completed run was compliant.
The handoff
Between the front doorand the back office.
The front door
Sales, the website or a partner; the applicant, the signer and the contacts each on their own screen.
The back office
The verification team and the credit desk decide only exceptions; the BSS receives one verified account.
The Decision Desk
- A registry mismatch or a screening hit goes to the verification team, and a credit decision outside the rules to the credit desk, in the Decision Desk with the record and only the allowed outcomes.

Questions
What buyers ask next,answered plainly.
What is verified?
The entity against the registry, the beneficial owners and the signer against the sanctions and fraud lists, and the signer's authority from the registry or a resolution, under the know-your-business policy.
Who signs the agreement?
An authorized signer whose authority was checked, on their own screen with their identity verified; an office manager without authority cannot bind the company.
How is credit decided?
By the commercial report and the carrier's scoring by rule, or by the credit desk in the Decision Desk for new entities, high limits or guarantors, with the notice the rules require on a decline.
