Enterprise multi-line and multi-site order
How do we take an enterprise multi-line, multi-site order from the customer's administrators, validate every line and site, and release it to provisioning in batches?
Make the order a structured collection the customer's administrators fill in, validated before anything provisions. Callvu prefills the order from the account (the agreement, the rate plans and devices available, the sites on file, the authorized administrators and their permissions), gives each administrator a link to supply their sites' lines (the users, the plans, the devices, the numbers to port with their details, the shipping and the installation addresses), validates each line and site against the rules (the plan eligibility, the device availability, the port details against the losing carrier's record, the address against the serviceability), chases the administrators for what fails with the specifics, classifies the validated lines into provisioning batches by site, device and port date, routes a batch outside the agreement's terms or the credit limit to the order desk in the Decision Desk, and releases each batch to provisioning with the order written to the BSS.

The problem today
The spreadsheet had eight hundred lines, two hundred port errors and no owner for the sites that never answered.
An enterprise order arrives as a spreadsheet from the customer's procurement team: hundreds of lines across dozens of sites, with the users, the plans, the devices and the numbers to port in whatever format each site used. The order desk cleans it by hand, the ports fail on mismatched account numbers, the devices ship to the wrong site, and the provisioning runs in one batch that falls over on the first error.
An enterprise order is a set of lines each with rules: the plan must be in the agreement, the device in stock and eligible, the port details must match the losing carrier's customer service record, the address must be serviceable and the shipping address valid, the credit limit must cover the batch. The people who know the answers are the site administrators, and they should answer in a structure that validates as they type. Provisioning should receive batches that pass.
An order validated line by line before release is an order that provisions on the dates promised.
How it runs
From the requestto the system of record.
An enterprise customer places a multi-line, multi-site order through the account team or the business portal. Callvu opens the order on the account and prefills it.
- Customer's administrators
- Each supplies and corrects their sites' lines through their link.
- Account team
- Sees the order's status by site and resolves commercial questions.
- Order desk
- Decides batches outside the agreement or the credit limit in the Decision Desk.
- Provisioning
- Receives validated batches.
- Callvu
- Prefills, collects, validates, chases, classifies batches, routes, releases and writes.
Prefill and collect
The agreement's rate plans, devices and pricing, the sites and the administrators on file, the credit limit and the existing lines are prefilled; each administrator receives a link to supply their sites' lines in a structure (the user, the plan, the device and accessories, the number to port with the losing carrier's account and PIN, the shipping address, the installation needs), with an upload for their own list that is mapped into the structure.
Chase and verify each line
Each line is validated as it is entered: the plan against the agreement, the device against stock and eligibility, the port details against the losing carrier's customer service record where it can be checked in advance, the address against serviceability and the shipping rules, the site's total against the credit limit; a failure is shown to the administrator with the specific fix, and the sites with open items are chased on the order's schedule.
Classify the batches
The validated lines are classified into provisioning batches by site, device fulfilment, port date window and installation needs, with the port requests grouped by losing carrier; a batch outside the agreement's terms (a plan not in the agreement, a quantity above the commitment) or over the credit limit goes to the order desk in the Decision Desk with the batch and only the allowed outcomes (release, release in part, hold for a contract amendment, or hold for credit).
Release and write back
Each batch is released to provisioning (the activations, the port requests with their requested dates, the device fulfilment, the installation appointments), the order is written to the BSS with every line and its status, the administrators and the account team see progress by site, and a provisioning fallout returns to the fallout process with the line's data intact.
Where it ends: The order was built by the people who knew the lines, validated line by line before release, batched by site and port date, and written to the BSS, the system of record, with provisioning receiving only batches that pass. The Decision Trace shows each validation and any desk decision; the Audit Trace shows each administrator's entries, the chases and the releases with time.
Runtime enforcement
What is enforcedwhile the work runs.
The regulations preloaded in Callvu Studio and the bank's own policies, applied as steps that run, not lines in a binder. A step that breaks a rule does not run, so a completed run was compliant.
The handoff
Between the front doorand the back office.
The front door
The account team or the business portal; each administrator through their own link with their own sites.
The back office
The order desk decides only batches outside terms or credit; provisioning receives validated batches.
The Decision Desk
- A batch with a plan outside the agreement, a quantity above the commitment or a total over the credit limit goes to the order desk in the Decision Desk with the batch and only release, release in part, hold for amendment, or hold for credit.

Questions
What buyers ask next,answered plainly.
Who enters the lines?
The customer's site administrators, each through their own link, in a structure that validates as they type, with an upload for their own list mapped into it.
What is validated?
Each line's plan against the agreement, the device against stock and eligibility, the port details against the losing carrier's record, the address against serviceability, and the site's total against the credit limit.
How is the order provisioned?
In batches classified by site, device fulfilment and port date, released only when validated, with the order and every line's status in the BSS.
