Indirect auto loan contracts from dealers
How do we fund dealer-submitted auto contracts with the stipulations cleared, the documents checked and the booking done without the dealer calling for status?
Run funding as a case the dealer can see. When a dealer submits a contract, Callvu classifies it against the approval, lists the stipulations, chases the dealer and the borrower for each one through links, reads and checks the contract and the documents against the approval and the rules, routes exceptions to the indirect lending team, funds and books the contract in the loan system, and tells the dealer when the money moved.

The problem today
The dealer faxes the package, the funder finds a missing stip, and the phone rings until it is cleared.
A dealer submits a retail installment contract with a stack of documents. A funder reviews it a day later, finds a missing proof of income or an unsigned odometer statement, and emails the dealer. The dealer calls. The contract funds three days later, the dealer's cash is tied up, and next time the dealer sends the deal to a lender that funds faster.
The checks are specific: the contract terms against the approval (rate, term, amount financed, the dealer participation inside the cap), the Truth in Lending box, the required documents (title application, odometer, insurance, the buyer's order), the stipulations the decision set, and the fair lending controls on dealer markup. Each one missed is a buyback or a finding.
Funding speed is the product. The lender that clears stips in hours wins the dealer.
How it runs
From the requestto the system of record.
A dealer submits a contract package for an approved application through the dealer portal or the indirect lending platform. Callvu picks up the package with the approval and opens the funding case.
- Dealer
- Submits the contract and documents, clears the stipulations through links, and sees funding status.
- Indirect lending team
- Decides exceptions in the Decision Desk and sees every contract with its checks.
- Funding
- Releases funds from the decided case.
- Callvu
- Classifies, chases stipulations, reads and checks documents, routes exceptions, funds and books, and updates the dealer.
Classify against the approval
The contract is read and matched to the approval: the amount financed, rate, term, payment, the collateral and its value, the dealer participation against the cap, and the products sold. A mismatch is a stipulation or an exception by rule.
Chase and verify the stipulations
Each stipulation (proof of income, residence, insurance, references, a signed odometer statement, the title application) is listed with who owes it. The dealer and, where appropriate, the borrower receive links; each document is read and checked as it arrives. The dealer sees what is outstanding.
Decide
A contract that matches the approval with all stipulations cleared funds by rule. A term mismatch, a participation over the cap, a fair lending flag on the markup, a missing document that cannot be cured, or a fraud indicator goes to the indirect lending team in the Decision Desk with only the allowed outcomes: fund, fund with a correction, or return to the dealer with the reason.
Fund and write back
Funds are released to the dealer, the contract is booked in the loan system with its documents and checks, the title and lien filing starts, the first payment notice goes to the borrower, and the dealer is told the funding time and amount.
Where it ends: The contract is funded and booked with every stipulation and check on the record, the dealer was paid without calling, and exceptions were decided by a person with the reason recorded. The Decision Trace shows the match and the decisions; the Audit Trace shows every request and the funding.
Runtime enforcement
What is enforcedwhile the work runs.
The regulations preloaded in Callvu Studio and the bank's own policies, applied as steps that run, not lines in a binder. A step that breaks a rule does not run, so a completed run was compliant.
The handoff
Between the front doorand the back office.
The front door
The dealer portal or the indirect lending platform; the borrower enters through a link where a stipulation is theirs.
The back office
Funding releases from a decided case; the indirect lending team decides only exceptions. The dealer stops calling.
The Decision Desk
- A term mismatch, a participation over the cap, a fair lending flag, an incurable stipulation or a fraud indicator goes to the indirect lending team in the Decision Desk with the contract and only the allowed outcomes.

Questions
What buyers ask next,answered plainly.
How does the dealer clear a stipulation?
Through a link on the case; the document is read and checked on upload and the dealer sees it cleared without calling.
What stops a contract that does not match the approval?
The match check. A mismatch is an exception that goes to the indirect lending team with only fund, correct or return as outcomes.
How is dealer markup controlled?
The participation is checked against the cap on every contract and monitored for fair lending; an overage is an exception with a recorded decision.
