Solution Sales Manager (EMEA)

We’re looking for a technical guru who can act as a subject matter expert throughout CallVU’s entire customer acquisition and on-boarding journey

Main responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the sales team on proposals, pitches and demos
  • Putting together business cases, presentations and ROI papers
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customers and partners to devise effective solutions
  • Working closely with customers to understand and capture requirements, dealing with RFI’s and RFP’s
  • Ensuring the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on CallVU’s strengths and can be implemented successfully

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Must be a subject matter expert on Contact Center Operations and Digital Transformation
  • Previous extensive international experience working within a commercial/technical pre-sales / solution architect position
  • Ability to communicate technical information to business people
  • A trusted adviser attitude, capable in presenting and effectively influencing all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct benefits of products and services, and position them against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • 7+ years’ experience selling software solutions to large enterprises – preferably in the financial services industry
  • Education: Minimum BS/BA or equivalent degree, preferably in business, finance accounting or computer science
