Michael joined CallVU in January of 2020. As an entrepreneur, Michael has held C-level positions in B2B companies spanning the entire customer journey. Prior to CallVU, Michael successfully co-founded Kefta, a web-personalization startup acquired by Acxiom (NYSE:RAMP) and Apsalar, a mobile attribution platform which merged with Singular in June 2017.
Tuval Lava serves as President and Executive Chairman of CallVU. Tuval has led large private equity investments in China and held executive positions, serving as COO of Pilat Media Global Ltd. and CEO of Effective IT Ltd. While at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), Tuval held several senior executive positions including President of the Hong Kong based Asia Pacific Division. Lava is a Partner and Director of the AfterDox Investment Group.
Ori co-founded CallVU in 2012 and now serves as chief strategy officer driving business strategy and product vision. A pioneer in contact center innovation, Ori has vast experience and understanding of customer journey considerations as well as process and technology planning and deployment with global enterprise companies. Prior to joining CallVU, Ori served in management roles in leading contact center technology vendors.
Doron Rotsztein is co-founder and CTO of CallVU, responsible for the design and development of CallVU’s infrastructure and solutions. Doron has over two decades’ experience in software development, project leadership and innovation with specialization in the contact center arena. Prior to co-founding CallVU, Doron worked with world leading contact center vendors such as Nortel and Avaya and served as consultant to a variety of enterprises.
A pioneer in business intelligence, Daniel possesses more than 20 years of experience in product development and management. He joins CallVU from Citi Bank where he was the VP of Product Management. Daniel has held management positions at firms such as E-Toro, Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and NASDAQ. He loves hanging out with his kids, surfs, boxes and coaches baseball.
