Founded in 2012 by a highly experienced team of digital service solution providers, CallVU is committed to helping its customers to accelerate digital transformation while improving operational efficiency. With operations in the Silicon Valley, Boston, and Tel Aviv, CallVU’s platform is installed in leading financial institutions, telecom service providers, credit card companies, insurers and more. CallVU was selected as “Cool Vendor in CRM and Customer Support, 2016” by Gartner and was named one of the “20 Most Promising Digital Experience Solution Providers in 2017” by CIO Magazine.
Tuval Lava serves as President and Executive Chairman of CallVU. Tuval has led large private equity investments in China and held executive positions, serving as COO of Pilat Media Global Ltd. and CEO of Effective IT Ltd. While at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), Tuval held several senior executive positions including President of the Hong Kong based Asia Pacific Division. Lava is a Partner and Director of the AfterDox Investment Group.
Ori Faran has been the CEO and co-founder of CallVU since 2012. He is responsible for steering the company’s people, product vision and projects. A pioneer in contact center innovation, Ori has vast experience and understanding of customer journey considerations as well as process and technology planning and deployment with global enterprise companies. Prior to joining CallVU, Ori served in management roles in leading contact center technology vendors.
Doron Rotsztein is co-founder and CTO of CallVU, responsible for the design and development of CallVU’s infrastructure and solutions. Doron has over two decades’ experience in software development, project leadership and innovation with specialization in the contact center arena. Prior to co-founding CallVU, Doron worked with world leading contact center vendors such as Nortel and Avaya and served as consultant to a variety of enterprises.
Amir Shemer is responsible for executing CallVU’s sales strategy across multiple regions, verticals and key business partners. Amir brings over 15 years of extensive Enterprise Software Sales experience. Prior to joining CallVU, Amir served as VP Sales for cyber security companies including Nyotron Cyber Security and Promisec where he established the sales infrastructures and customers’ ecosystems. Prior to that, Amir spent 10 years at CA in charge of key global accounts.
Yoel Knoll possesses 15+ years of experience in marketing, communications and investor relations. He joins CallVU from TopSpin Security where he led the marketing team. Prior to that, Yoel built and led the marketing department of Secure Islands (acquired by Microsoft) and held senior positions in publicly traded companies including VP of Marketing and IR at Ceragon Networks and Director of Media Relations at Infineon Technologies.
A pioneer in data and business intelligence, Daniel possesses more than 20 years of experience in product development and management. He joins CallVU from Citi Bank where he was the VP of Product Management in the data intelligence division in their Tel Aviv Innovation Lab. Prior to that, Daniel was the Director of Financial Products at eToro, a social trading investment network, where he successfully steered their Copy Trader offering to product maturity. Prior to this, Daniel held management positions at publicly listed firms such as Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and NASDAQ. Daniel has lots of kids, he surfs, boxes, and coaches kids in baseball.
