CallVU was founded in 2012 by a highly experienced team of digital service solution providers, committed to delivering digital experience for end users. With operations in the Silicon Valley, Boston, London and Tel Aviv, CallVU's products are installed in banks, as well as leading telecommunications, credit card companies and more. CallVU was selected as "Cool Vendor in CRM and Customer Support, 2016" by Gartner. The company has tripled its growth for four consecutive years by enabling organizations to deliver better and innovative customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Tuval Lava serves as President and Executive Chairman of CallVU. Tuval has led large private equity investments in China and held executive positions, serving as COO of Pilat Media Global Ltd. and CEO of Effective IT Ltd. While at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), Tuval held several senior executive positions including President of the Hong Kong based Asia Pacific Division. Lava is a Partner and Director of the AfterDox Investment Group.

Ori Faran has been the CEO and co-founder of CallVU since 2012. He is responsible for steering the company’s people, product vision and projects. A pioneer in contact center innovation, Ori has vast experience and understanding of customer journey considerations as well as process and technology planning and deployment with global enterprise companies. Prior to joining CallVU, Ori served in management roles in leading contact center technology vendors.

Amitai Ratzon is VP of Global Sales at CallVU, responsible for executing the sales strategy across all regions and verticals. Amitai brings to CallVU over 15 years of Financial Services expertise, coupled with vast Enterprise Software Sales experience. Previously, Amitai was VP Sales at Earnix, responsible for leading the sales of Pricing Optimization Solutions to the world's largest banks and insurance companies. Prior to Earnix, Amitai spent 7 years at Super Derivatives (now part of ICE).

Doron Rotsztein is co-founder and CTO of CallVU, responsible for the design and development of CallVU's infrastructure and solutions. Doron has over two decades’ experience in software development, project leadership and innovation with specialization in the contact center arena. Prior to co-founding CallVU, Doron worked with world leading contact center vendors such as Nortel and Avaya and served as consultant to a variety of enterprises.

Assaf Frenkel is VP Product & Marketing at CallVU. A pioneer of Mobile Engagement, Mr. Frenkel was the founder and manager of the Mobile Engagement business unit at NICE. Mr. Frenkel was co-founder and CEO of mybitat, an IoT analytics company, and an investment professional at Gemini Ventures. Previously Assaf held business and product positions.
